Me and my partner did a project trying to create a Mise-en-scène like picture. We has a head band and put food coloring on it to make it seem like it was blood and like it fell of a dead persons head during a ninja war.

My reflection

What i learned is that Mise-en-scène depends on the place in of the stage. It could change or create the feeling of the scene.

Cinematography

What is cinematography

Cinematography, which has to do with shots and motion pictures to create the images you see. It uses techniques like the , lighting of the set or location, general composition of a scene, the choice of cameras, lenses, filters, and film stock, the camera angle and movements, or any special effects.

What about cinematography ?

Cinematography has many shots like overshot, High angle shot, eye level angle, low angle shot, under shot, point of view shot and etc. Low angle shot is made to make the character feel big when the camera is right under the subject Point of view shot is shown to show what the characters sees or from the characters perspective. Overshot shows camera looks directly at the action which is known as a bird's eye view High angle shot is Then a high angle shot when camera is looking down at something Eye level angle is when it is looking straight at your target.

What I did with the information i learned is that I took picture of the different types of shots then labeled them, and then put them on a power point. Each of the shots are similar to the label with two pictures next to them.

My Reflection

What I learned is that cinematography has many different Carma shots and it creates different views. With every different view it makes the shot look real or good.
